what work out is needed to lose stomach fat and build muscle?

does anyone know some work outs are needed to lose stomach fat and build muscle? i dont have that much stomach fat but i also cant see muscle in my stomach. i just want to know what i need to do to fix up my stomach by 2008. also how many times a week do i need to do the exercises. thanks

first you want to lose the fat by doing dieting and doing cardio at least every other day of the week. Then, if u want to build abs u need to do ab exercises (which can be found all over google) and not just one exercise (such as the crunch) but multiple ones including v-ups, bicycles, suitcases, etc.

    Focus on your diet. Lean proteins, complex carbs, lowfat intake. Also cardio intensity.
