The easiest way is to walk it off. Pills will not work. Dieting will help a little, but you need to exercise. Even if you lose weight the stomach fat will remain. You can’t spot lose weight. It takes losing it all over the body. Avoid sweets and fried foods. No french fries, no fried chicken, no anything fried. Eat lots of vegetables, fresh like celery, raw broccolli without dip, carrots, and lettuce. Fresh lettuce with a little salt and pepper tastes so good, give it a try. Yogurt is also a good thing to eat. Plain is the best. When fruit is added you get extra sugar that you don’t need.

The only way to really lose weight in a healthy way is to EAT RIGHT (NO CRAP! ) And EXERCISE. There is no magical thing that will make your fat disappear in a day. It will take sweat and tears, time and patience. But once you reach your goal, trust me, it is the most amazing feeling in the world.

A few brief facts
I did the 30 day cleanse. No It was no like preping for a colonoscopy either it actually wsa rather easy for me. I lost 20 pounds in one month I started at 198 now weigh 171 looking to get to 165 this has taken place in 75 calender days.
I have lost 5 inches around my waist and I feel and look better than I have for 5 years.
