What is the best way to lose stomach fat for a 17 year old guy?
i have some stomach fat i want to get rid of by this summer. What kind of exercises can i do to aid in the lose of stomach fat.?
what kind of cardio and basic exercises can i do, and also what should i watch out for in terms of food?
well you can forget about AB KING PRO and all the other garbage advertised because you cannot spot reduce,if you have fat somewhere then you have fat everywhere,as a guy your stomach is where the over eating is noticed so my advice is,do low impact stationary cycling and normal cycling combine that with a diet starting at 200 grams of complex carbs,250 grams of protein, per day egg whites, tuna in spring water, cod etc,cut out protein powders, cheese these will just make you fatter,2nd week reduce carb intake to 170 p/d but keep protein grams the same, cut out ALL junk food and reduce calories to 1500 every day,hit the weights hard,GL

A successful ab workout is one that incorporates a well thought out diet using a 60/40 ratio (60 % protein to 40% carbs), cardio such as jogging, running stairs, jump roping (using a good heavy rope, not some cheap light one), a core selection of ab exercises to perform and a lot of focus and determination. Good exercises are: bicycle crunches, ab crunch on a exercise ball (or just floor ab crunches if you can’t get one), side oblique twists with a medicine ball (can substitute this with a 1 gallon milk jug replaced with water), reverse crunches. All of these can be found on the internet to see how they’re performed. Smaller meals through out the day that keep your body fueled is much better than a few larger meals. Less chance of over eating this way. Keeping a strict movement during the exercise with less reps is more important than the quantity to maximize results. You want to stay away from sweets (soda, chocolate, etc.), fried foods, foods with a high fat content, foods with too many carbohydrates. As a rule of thumb, if it tastes good don’t eat it because it has too much fat & carbs.
