i started at 227, … i started at 227, and used insanity, after the first month i lost 20 pounds, then i started p90x, so in the morning insanity, then in eveaning p90x, and it is a hard work out but now i am happy, i almost have a body like ryan renolds, its been 8 months and i weigh 190 firm and lean, but sexy too, cardio and a strenght workout will give you the best results, diet too.

Crunches are probably the best ab exercise, and through crunches and cardio + having a healthy diet will give you quite nice abs. However, you won’t get those deep valleys and really rocky-looking abs with no weight.
Get yourself a dumbbell plate and start doing heavy exercises, that will give you those.

You don’t burn fat … You don’t burn fat just after 30 minutes.
You can do 5 minutes of running, bicycling, jump roping etc. They all burn off fat, you just need to get your heartrate up into the weightloss-zone.

my workout is jog … my workout is jog on the spot fast knee’s high on the spot, press ups, a healthy diet and i made my own move up that really make me flexible and i feel the burn aroun my thighs and stomach wich i think is working well with me im relaly happy with it!!!!!!

These are good exercises, no doubt! But you will not lose any belly fat, it is very very little you lose.
You need to change your lifestyle, your diet, and do a lot of cardiovascular exercises.
