What does the plank position do? What does it benefit stomach/muscles/lose weight??? How long should you be able to do the plank if you have a 6 pack? I read google and it said I should lose as much stomach fat as possible, which excersize will help me in this area? Thanks!

Yes. The constriction helps with your ab muscles. However like the first post said, its hard to get concentrated weight loss, so youre better of doing other exercises on top of the plank pose. For example running.

yes it does but in order to get the six pack you want you need to do three things
1 diet
2 exercise
3 and cardio
