How to lose stomach fat/make it firmer !?!?

Hi.

Are there any efficient ways to lose stomach fat? I mean, I don’t want any pills or things like that to take, and apart from sit-ups and things like that, are there any good ways?

Thanks.

Doing sit-ups and other “spot reducing” exercises will not burn stomach fat. Such exercises focus only on make your abs stronger. If you want to burn belly fat off, you need to commit to a low calories diet and at least 30 minutes of cardio daily.

My first thought is that it could be the colon. If you have the money go and get a Colonic. It sounds yucky & embarrassing, but the therapists make it perfectly decent. I used to have them regularly & my lady said a lot of her clients were men. It doesn’t hurt at all. You will be surprised how much toxic waste comes out of your colon. I also was taught to massage my stomach with a bit of oil, then you cover it with cling film, and then make a pad of old towels or sheeting is better, then a hotwater bottle. Do it once a night for a week then a couple of days off then again.
Secondly i presume you have looked at your Diet? It could be a Yeast Infection. Again it is amazing what products yeast worms its way in. Try & go to a good Nutritionist who will advise you. If its just on your tummy, then it might work. If it’s anywhere else ask your Doc for a thyroid check and a prostrate one.
If you DO eat too much – try using a smaller plate, so it looks like you have a full plate – and when you want to snack – try & distract yourself for 20 minutes after that any craving begins to get better. If you cant stop the munchys have with you some veggies sliced & a tub of houmos or just the veggies (raw of course). Surprising how a few raw carrots fill you up. It wont go immediately but its a better route than pills and gastric banding. Do please try the colonic route & look at a yeast free diet.
