How to lose stomach fat without losing much weight?

i do a lot of gym work, and a lot of abdominal exercise’s, i eat healthy. however i just cant seem to flatten my stomach as it sticks out quite a bit. and i wanna do this without losing to much weight, i just want to target my stomach as this is the only place with fat on my body!

Lots of cardio exercises. Do interval training meaning you go fast then slow. Also pilates is a great exercise program that targets the stomach and lowert back.

    You can’t get rid of fat from a single spot on your body. When you use up energy, it removes fat from everywhere on your body.

    The reason you have extra fat on your stomach is because it’s naturally how your body distributes it’s fat.

    you are probably bloated and it just seems to be fat. you can do a detox (natural is best!) with herbs or with vitamin C (That’s what my doctor recommended to me). also, try yoga (especially Bikram Yoga) to get rid of the toxins in your body that collect around your stomach.

    Oh, and I forgot, bloating is usually caused by an allergy (often that you don’t know you have. sometimes it is just sensitivity). usually it is to wheat (or gluten) or dairy. if you test this and eliminate one for a while and your bloating goes down, you will know that you shouldn’t eat this food or else your stomach will be round. if you hit your stomach and it sounds kind of hollow, you are bloated with air. if it is flabby, it is with water
