how to lose stomach fat with 5 weeks?

I have some stomach fat under my bellybutton. That is the only place I need to lose fat from, everywhere else on my body is good! I have only 5 weeks to lose the stomach fat to have a flat stomach. Its not too big, just kind of a small pouch as some people call it. How can I lose it with only 5 weeks?

What kind of workouts or food would help with it ?

By the way I am 5 feet and 1.5 inches and 108 pounds

    by doing butterflies. lay on your back and put your hands under your butt. lift your feet about 6 inches off the ground. then alternate lifting each foot about 6 more inches and "flutter" your legs. thats the best excercise I’ve found for my lower abdomen.

    i have the same problem too but all i can tell you is run outside everyday and eat the right kinds of food and have a healthy snack every 3 hours to keep your metabolism running and don’t starve yourself

    I’m 14, five foot one inch, and 98 pounds currently but I still have the same problem. I’m working on it by doing pillars, or planks they are also called. Lay on the floor on your forearms and your feet so that you are like a plank really low to the floor. Good strength build up, targets core.
