I think I’m okay everywhere else except my STOMACH. It is very flabby and noticeable. How to lose the fat and get a flat stomach help please? I want to lose at least 20 pounds also. Thanks in advance.

In order to lose stomach fat you should cut out all the sugary drinks such as sodas. Drink Water. Also eat 5 small meals per day to increase your metabolism. These meals should be healthy and include negative calorie foods such as lettuce.

    you cant lose fat at one specific spot on your body. if you want a flatter stomach, you just have to lose fat IN GENERAL. you do this by getting your heart rate up and working out. Running for 40 minutes 5 times a week will help you lose 20 pounds in about 5 months.

    So, what do you do? Run, bike, walk, swim.
    Eat healthier. but keep in mind, for a flat stomach, it will take you a long time. (Depending on your weight of course.)
