I know running is a good exercise to lose weight but I wanted to lose stomach fat and thigh fat so for the stomach, running on the spot and for the thighs, running up and down the stairs. I don’t really like running outside so should I do this or just go outside?
We for running, you will lose weight Everywhere. Not just in one place, you’ll lose body mass in general. If you dislike running outside (and i have the same problem) i run on a treadmill, with a friend next to me. This will keep you motivated, trust me!
