using tablets and protein bars to lose weight is kinda illegal because you can overdose on the protein or tablets you can die! so just stick to exercise and no tablets beacause i have tried them and i became very ill when using them i just stick to the weights and umbells and push ups for losing fat and the results are phenominal and im only 11
