I’m trying to lose weight in my stomach so my abs will show. How long should i use the jump-rope in order to lose stomach fat?
i would suggest maybe 15-30 minutes on the rope. it usually would depend because jump rope usually burns more fat than running so running would be like 30-45 minutes on treadmill. but i would suggest jump riope for 15-25 minutes daily and see how you do in a week or two. if no results are apparent then up the time. but remember its all about what you eat. watch your diet and keep junk food and food high in sugar to a minimum. abs takes alot of patience and hardwork especially if you havent had fast metabolism your whole life. if you want a boost to your metabolism to burn more fat, i would start drinking green tea because it has epigallecatechin(EGCG) which is an antioxidant that boost metabolism. other metabolism boosters are hot peppers(jalepenos), cinnamon, ice cold water. also remember caffeine is the num 1 antioxidant and green tea sure does have natural caffeine. so anything that has "natural" caffeine is sure to help burn fat just avoid added caffeine like coke. so the occasional coffee is fine.
How long should I use the jump-rope daily to lose stomach fat? And how long?

i would suggest reading "the abs diet." it helped me tremendously. it actually is 3500 calories=1 lbs to the fucking idiot that said 3000 cal. if you have an active lifestyle and you are moving pretty constantly you could be burning up to 2500 to 3000 cal/day excluding excercise.
