I am 13, i have stomach and side fat and i want to lose it in about 2 weeks. What can i do?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

them.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

at your age, your body is growing, and it put on that fat for growing.
and if you’re a girl, its on because it gives your body the energy to get your period.
if you lose that weight, you will most likely stop getting your period, or won’t get it if you haven’t got it yet.
when you get older, you will most likely lose it, after your body slows its growing.
and you can’t lose noticable stomach weight in 2 weeks.

trying to lose weight at your age can be really dangerous. when you’re thirteen, your body is still growing, and you are just starting to go through puberty. puberty tends to cause your hips to widen, which also affects the sides of your stomach. you become more curvy in general, which is not the same as being fat.

I had the same problem as you,
well, first, you have to watch what you eat.
drop the JUNK food.
stuff like chips, etc.
food high in calories are out.
jog for about 30 minutes a day.
drink about 6-8 cups of water
green tea helps speed up metabolism.
do crunches, this helps tone your abs so when you lose the flab on your stomach, you have a sexy toned stomach:DD
but overall, yah, you have to do jog because spot reducing is impossiblee.
