how do i lose stomach fat and thicken my legs?

im pretty skinny, but wen i eat ut just goes to my stomach. i want to lose that fat and want to know how to thicken my legs & thicken my lower leg, like around my ankles. what exercises can i do to lose stomach fat, without really loosing any other fat. And wat exercises can i do to thicken both lower and upper legs?
