I’m 16 years old, and i weigh about 185 pounds. I’m 5"10. My doctor says that I’m overweight and may become obese, and that worries me. Does anyone have any tips that can help me lose stomach fat, thigh fat, and maybe a few pounds?
An overall muscle building routine for your whole body will help raise your metabolism and that will help you burn fat. Also, cardio exercises such as riding a bike or walking briskly on a treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour will help also. Just don’t do your cardio exercises on the same day as muscle building exercises.

hey, i kind have the same problem as u, but im 14 and a bit lighter. i so sit up in the mornin and at night, say like 15-20 each time. and i do swimmin aroun 2 times a week..i think it was definitle helped
