How can I lose stomach fat without losing body fat?

I am pretty skinny. But my stomach is kinda fat. I eat more food so I can get fatter, but my stomach is getting fatter, not my body. So I was wondering, how can i lose the fat on my stomach, without having to lose the weight in my arms, and thighs? I would REALLY appreciate the help. Sit-ups maybe?

    just doing situps alone wont help. you will need to do lots of cardio in addition to crunches or sit-ups. also, try to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your daily diet as well. it may seem hard at first but if you continue to do it for about 2 weeks you will get used to it.
