I am thirteen years old, I play football, basketball, and I run track. I am not fat or overweight by any means, but i would like to make my somewhat round stomach flat so that I can achieve my ultimate goal of getting a six pack
. I would appreciate any help I can get, as I am very active, but can’t seem to lose stomach fat.
best exerciser’s are those that target the area you are wanting to lose fat, so situps and crunches would be good and try to take up swimming and go running caus these are both good for all round loss and will vastly improve your cardiovascular which can be a major problem for people that are overweight.
as for diet for your age you should be taking in between 1500-2500 calories per day which should be broken down into about 55% carbs, 15-20% protein, and a balance of fat.
slow acting carbs will be broken down during a longer period providing regular energy and help you feel more full some slow-acting carbs are wheat tortillas, popcorn, oatmeal, lima beans, baked beans, low-fat chocolate milk, pineapple, Nutella, unsweetened orange juice, and peanuts.
