    ok so i trayed this, with a 10 pound wight, the first day i was so sore i could bearly move, am not a big guy, am about 6′1 200 pounds , no belly fat or anything, but as i keep doing it about the second day i cant feel anything the nextday, i dont get sore, nothing at all, antips
