Any good way to lose stomach fat?

Are there any exercises you know that would help me lose a bit of stomach fat without dieting? I have a small amount but it is noticeable when I wear a bathing suit. I’ve tried sit-ups and crunches, but they don’t seem to work. Please help!

By doing sit-ups and crunches, all you’re doing is building the muscle that’s hiding under the fat. To get rid of the fat, you need to do cardio. Try running, swimming, or biking at a high intensity.

    targeted weight loss never works. if you lose stomach fat, you lose fat everywhere
    as long as youre eating healthy and exercising regularly a little bit of extra tummy is no biggie
    especially if youre female, we just naturally have a little more padding in that area ((for protection of fetus in womb))
