How to lose stomach fat/make it firmer !?!?

Hi.

Are there any efficient ways to lose stomach fat? I mean, I don’t want any pills or things like that to take, and apart from sit-ups and things like that, are there any good ways?

Doing sit-ups and other “spot reducing” exercises will not burn stomach fat. Such exercises focus only on make your abs stronger. If you want to burn belly fat off, you need to commit to a low calories diet and at least 30 minutes of cardio daily.

How to lose stomach and thigh fat?

I know running is a good exercise to lose weight but I wanted to lose stomach fat and thigh fat so for the stomach, running on the spot and for the thighs, running up and down the stairs. I don’t really like running outside so should I do this or just go outside?

We for running, you will lose weight Everywhere. Not just in one place, you’ll lose body mass in general. If you dislike running outside (and i have the same problem) i run on a treadmill, with a friend next to me. This will keep you motivated, trust me!

How can I lose stomach, thigh fat, and weight?

I’m 16 years old, and i weigh about 185 pounds. I’m 5"10. My doctor says that I’m overweight and may become obese, and that worries me. Does anyone have any tips that can help me lose stomach fat, thigh fat, and maybe a few pounds?

An overall muscle building routine for your whole body will help raise your metabolism and that will help you burn fat. Also, cardio exercises such as riding a bike or walking briskly on a treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour will help also. Just don’t do your cardio exercises on the same day as muscle building exercises.

How long will it take a teenage girl to lose stomach fat? I am not overweight, but just have a flabby, embarrassing stomach If I do 300 crunches every night, and do cardio(running) for 45-60 minutes every day, how long will it take? thanks :)

what is the best way to lose stomach fat as a teenager?

I’m 14 and want to lose a load of stomach fat. what’s the best way to do it?

Make sure you are getting lots of fiber into your diet. Eating fruits and drinking clear fruit juices will help. Prunes, oranges, pears, pineapples and pretty much all the fruits have a great amount of fiber in it. Also, water helps alot; drink atleast 8 glasses of water each day because this is necessary to remove any excess wastes that is in your body.

If you are used to a big breakfast everyday, then I would cut that down a notch. Try having a banana everyday when you wake up, because potassium gives you the electrolytes that you need.

what is a good workout that i lose my stomach fat but also do arm and other areas exercise to gain and get bigger in muslce.
im starting to run every morning, around 3.6 km every morning.
i go to the gym at night and do some machines
and i use dumbells at home, chin up bar, if i do this and maybe more how long until i get a flat stomach
or gain muscles ?
tip or pointers would help

for the flat stomach thing, the most important thing and i cant stress this enough is a CONSISTENT good diet. that includes 5-7 littler meals a day to keep the metabolism going. and cardio 3-4 times a week, its better to run for time than distance. go for a 25 minute run is pretty good. also for gaining muscles you need to get on a lifting program. there are plenty of them on the web just look for one that suits what you want.
