Its not me its my friend, and she is really desperate to lose her stomach fat. She isn’t overweight, but shes not skinny, she wan’ts to be able to feel comfortable in a bikini. So please tell me what is the best way to lose Tummy fat, And FAST!
Do a lot of cardio like running or eliptical exercises because even if you have strong stomach muscles and abs, you wont be able to see them under a layer of fat. Cardio is best for that.

When I got out of school a little more than a year ago, I took a year off to do a whole lotta nothin.
I put on around 20-30 lbs that I need to lose now that I’m getting on my feet =X
I’d really appreciate it if I can get some good exercises to lose stomach fat (and maybe thigh and ass fat lol)
I don’t know anything about health and fitness, so please help me out! Thanks!
I’m not a heavy set person. I was skinny, but still in average weight before, but now if I don’t start exercising soon, I’ll be over weight and that doesn’t work with someone as vain as myself lol
If you’re not a heavy sport person then start on some aerobic exercises such as jogging or swimming, they work pretty well – I’ve experienced it myself As you progress you should try to push yourself that little bit more so that you can also lose that little bit more. If you don’t like repetitive exercises then try a team sport like soccer, basketball, touch football, etc.
good luck!

i have some stomach fat i want to get rid of by this summer. What kind of exercises can i do to aid in the lose of stomach fat.?
what kind of cardio and basic exercises can i do, and also what should i watch out for in terms of food?
well you can forget about AB KING PRO and all the other garbage advertised because you cannot spot reduce,if you have fat somewhere then you have fat everywhere,as a guy your stomach is where the over eating is noticed so my advice is,do low impact stationary cycling and normal cycling combine that with a diet starting at 200 grams of complex carbs,250 grams of protein, per day egg whites, tuna in spring water, cod etc,cut out protein powders, cheese these will just make you fatter,2nd week reduce carb intake to 170 p/d but keep protein grams the same, cut out ALL junk food and reduce calories to 1500 every day,hit the weights hard,GL

I am thirteen years old, I play football, basketball, and I run track. I am not fat or overweight by any means, but i would like to make my somewhat round stomach flat so that I can achieve my ultimate goal of getting a six pack . I would appreciate any help I can get, as I am very active, but can’t seem to lose stomach fat.
best exerciser’s are those that target the area you are wanting to lose fat, so situps and crunches would be good and try to take up swimming and go running caus these are both good for all round loss and will vastly improve your cardiovascular which can be a major problem for people that are overweight.
as for diet for your age you should be taking in between 1500-2500 calories per day which should be broken down into about 55% carbs, 15-20% protein, and a balance of fat.
slow acting carbs will be broken down during a longer period providing regular energy and help you feel more full some slow-acting carbs are wheat tortillas, popcorn, oatmeal, lima beans, baked beans, low-fat chocolate milk, pineapple, Nutella, unsweetened orange juice, and peanuts.

I am 13, i have stomach and side fat and i want to lose it in about 2 weeks. What can i do?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
try these for your sides, they are really good:
Dumbbell Side Bends

Cable Side Bends

Medicine Ball Ab Wood Choppers

Low to High Woodchoppers

High to Low Woodchoppers

they all have animated photos, so it’s easy to understand how to do
them.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I want to lose as much stomach fat by new years. What type of exercise should I do to see good results ? Btw I already run and lift weight. Any other tips will help thanks.
The only way that I know for you to lose stomach fat is to lose overall body weight. Cut out junk food and spread your eating out over 4- to 6 small balanced meals a day. The body pays attention to the smaller calorie intake at each meal. Also you will be less hungry if you are eating more regularly.
Increase your metabolism with aerobic exercise . Include anaerobic exercise with weight training and crunches to build lean muscle mass which will help to burn the stomach fat.

i tried doing sit ups but i end up getting a buldgy stomach D:
i want to lose fat on my stomach but i would like to have a flat and abless stomach
i’m 15, 5"3 and 97 pounds…i use to be 94 a few months ago but apparently i eat a lot…i crave for food 24/7, even when i’m not hungry. are there any ways of improving my metabolism? and how can i stop cravings?
cardio is the only way to lose fat you cant spot reduce unfortunatly , but doing some core srtength will help you hold it in and your posture better so it draws attention away form your problem areas
